Symetrix Solutions’ Implementation Teams bring to bear their vast industry knowledge to complement their solution expertise.  Our Consultants have used their Industry expertise in deployments in the Metals, High Tech, Industrial, Automotive & Aerospace verticals.  Our Consultants also are experienced in interfacing with a variety of ERP/Legacy systems on the major platforms, including Windows, Unix & AS/400.  This combination of skills allows us to put together a small but focused implementation team to meet our customers’ requirements.

Symetrix Solutions uses a two-phased approach in the solution development & deployment.  The first phase is the pre-engagement phase wherein our Consultants perform an in-depth assessment of Customers’ needs.  This study, called the Strategic Opportunity Assessment (SOA), allows us to pinpoint the areas for improvements, while documenting the value that can be generated by the solutions.
